What we collect and why
When using our website, we require your name and email address as a minimum when using our contact form or making an appointment. You may wish to provide a mobile number for us to contact you. We ask for your consent for this data to be collected and stored so we can contact you and answer your query. Your shipping address and payment information are requested when purchasing from our E-store. You can choose whether you would like to create a customer account to save any shipping or payment information. When booking an appointment, we require your name, mobile number & email address. Any apppointments booked online will be subject to an age check and answers to a brief safety questionnaire (yes/no answers) will be required before we carry out any procedures, to be able to identify you, and to ensure there are no major concerns that could mean treatment is contraindicated. We may use your email address to update you on new treatments we are providing or new offers, if you consent to this.

Who we share this information with
Your personal information provided by you on our website and booking system is handled confidentially and is not shared with or sold to any other parties, unless we are required by law to do so. Your payment information is never shared. You may request details of your stored personal information, its update or deletion, by contacting us at info@neataesthetics.com

How we store your information
Personal information provided by you on our website is stored by our web host hostinger.co.uk on a server with SSL security encryption. You can read their Privacy Policy here. Likewise, your booking information is stored on an SSL encrypted server hosted by Forminator. You can read their Privacy Policy here. Payment information, should you choose to save it, is stored by reputable payment handler Stripe. These are also the payment handlers integrated into our E-store, hosted by hostinger.co.uk. Personal and payment information collected by these services is not shared to any other parties – you can refer to Stripe’s own Privacy Policies here. Neat Aesthetics therefore does not directly handle your online payments.

Your information at the clinic
We collect data from you as a legal requirement when having a clinical consultation. Personal information, contact details and clinical encounters are documented in your electronic file at Neat Aesthetics. We also create a paper booklet to document any procedural notes, adhere product/batch stickers and contain your consent sheet. Confidential physical data as such is stored securely at our clinic and does not leave the venue. You may request a copy of your records by contacting us at info@neataesthetics.com.
